Imphal, October 23 2012: IGAR (S) Maj Gen UK Gurung and all ranks of Assam Rifles conveyed warm greetings and sincere goodwill to the people of Manipur on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra (Vijaya Dashami) .

Hoping that the festival herald peace, harmony and unity, the IGAR also wished that all the 'goodwill would bring us together irrespective of caste, creed and faith' .
