Imphal, April 17 2011:
One KCP cadre identified as Waikhom Tomba alias Naoton (20) s/o W Bokulchandra of Hiyanglam Waikhom Leikai was apprehended by Thoubal commandos from Wabagai Tera Pishak at about 3.30 pm yesterday.
A press release issued by the office of Thoubal SP further informed about the arrest of one PREPAK cadre from Khangabok Lamlong at about 5.20 pm yesterday.
The PREPAK cadre has been identified as Saikhom Arke (32) s/o late S Khamba of Khangabok Makha Leikai Part III.
