There is also a report of Malom's locals detaining 18 non-local labourers, who were found moving at Megha High School Road amid the lockdown on May 14, he said and added that the labourers were later handed over to Nambol Police Station.
Further alleging that the arrested non-locals were workers of Railway Construction Company working at Awangkhul, Noney, Dhiren questioned how these workers reached Malom amid the lockdown.
