Imphal, January 14 2013: While quoting statements of Assam Rifles which reportedly stated that several rounds of surrender functions have been held in the presence of Chief Minister, DG and top officers of AR and Army after thorough verification of the would be surrenderees, the proscribed RPF today claimed that MDF bio-data form available to them is written with the word 'Coy Cdr, 42 Assam Rifles' .

A press release issued by the outfit's publicity secretary Roben Khuman asserted that the same word exposed unscrupulousness of the Indian military in their clandestine operations and mechanisms devised to cover up their wrongdoings in the event of people coming to know about their operations.

The press statement attached with the said MDF bio-data form claimed that Assam Rifles can no longer conceal the facts as people now have evidence of their clandestine operations.

It went on to question what would happen to Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam's declaration that befitting action would be initiated against all those involved in misleading youngsters for presenting them in surrender dramas.

The outfit also conveyed its appreciation to the people of Heirok for standing up boldly against Assam Rifles.

It further called upon all the people of Manipur to unite and fight back against alleged excesses committed unto them by the Indian military.
