Imphal, December 22 2017: NHPC Ltd-Loktak Power Station has organised drawing competition today (i.e.on 22/12/2017) to the children's of Destitute Children Home, Imphal.

Loktak Power Station Head Shri Bedi Ram, Chief Engineer (I/c), Loktak PS conveyed his best wishes to children.

He added "Energy conservation and energy efficiency are critical to our endeavours.

They will play a major role in bringing down the cost of energy for consumers" .

Energy Efficiency will result in reduced energy costs long term.

He also appealed for using energy efficient techniques in one's own home will greatly reduced utility bills because less energy, electricity, etc.

will be required to perform the same services, such as keeping the house cool or warm.

Speaking on occasion, Shri K.T.Rajah Pandian, Chief Engineer (E) said that he was delighted to see the creative paintings on Energy Efficiency.

Shri Rajesh Kumar, Manager (HR) also graced the occasion.

At the end, prizes were distributed.
