MSAD to act tough against drug addicts

Imphal, December 07 2014: Concerned with rising drug abuse among Manipuri students in Delhi, Manipur Students' Association Delhi (MSAD) has resolved to take stringent action against those drug addicts and substance abusers from the State.

According to a statement of MSAD, a meeting of the students of Manipur in Delhi was held recently and it has resolved to act tough against drug addicts and users from Manipur; send those drug addicts back to their homes after informing their families; hand over those addicts to Manipur public through media if their families do not turn up; and ban those drug addicts from staying in Delhi until they reform their behaviour.
