Imphal, May 26 2020: The State Government has ordered the transfer and posting of 8 IAS officers with immediate effect.

Of the 8 officers, Dr Suhel Akhtar has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (Forest & Environment) and DG SAT; Dr Rajesh Kumar has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (Finance/Planning/IT) and OSD to Chief Minister; Nidhi Kesarwani has been posted as Commissioner cum Secretary (PHED/Agriculture/MAHUD); Devesh Deval has been posted as Commissioner cum Secretary (Tourism/Textile, Commerce and Industries); Kh Raghumani Singh has been posted as Commissioner cum Secretary (Power); M Joy Singh as Commissioner cum Secretary (Art & Culture/IPR/Science & Tech) and Secretary Manipur Human Rights Commission in addition; Bobby Waikhom has been posted as Commissioner cum Secretary (CAF &PD/YAS) and Secretary to Governor in addition and Jacintha Lazarus has been posted as Secretary (Water Resources/Minor Irrigation/MOBC0 and Member Secretary, State Commission for OBC and SC and Member Secretary/ MANIREDA and Special Secretary (Health and FW) .
