Imphal, December 01 2023: The Directorate of Tribal Affairs & Hills, Government of Manipur, has invited applications in 'prescribed form' from the intending and eligible Scheduled Tribe patients for grant of financial assistance for Medical Treatment 2023-2024 .

A release issued by the Director of TA&H notified that the form can be obtained from the Medical Section of TA&H.In respect of Kangpokpi and Churachandpur districts, the form can be obtained from the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Autonomous District Council (ADC) concerned on production of relevant medical documents such as Discharge slip/OPD/Prescription slip/Investigation report, etc.

The form will be issued from December 1, 2023 and the last date of form submission is December 20, 2023 .
