ANBA's 2nd Triennial Fellowship prog concludes

The 2nd Triennial Bungna Roram (Triennial Fellowship
programme) of Anal Naga Baptist Association hosted by
Sulam Area Baptist Churches from January 28 to February 1 at
Ralruwng village, Chandel concluded with a worship
programme held in the morning today, our correspondent
reports.
The three day long programme was held under the
theme 'Kahring He Khrista Thin Pa' (For me to live is
Christ).

Rev Sr Onesima and Pastor of Pudunamei Baptist Church
Rev SK Hokey were the preachers.
Triennial Bungna is a fellowship of 58 Anal Baptist
Churches affiliated to ANBA.
The programme registered
over 2000 participants from different Churches.
Group song competition of Church choirs, seminar on
global warming and women's reproductive health care,
sharing and hearing of gospel messages were the main
highlights of the programme.
Various distinguished guests and invitees including
MLA of 41-Chandel A/C ST Victor Nunghlung, SDO
Chakpikarong KL Hringkham and leaders of various civil
societies and political organisations witnessed the senior
Church choir song competition held on January 31.
Panchai Church choir and Cheengkhu Church choir
secured the first and second position while Khambathel
Church choir, Modi Church choir secured the first and
second position in the Junior Church choir song compe-
tition held on January 30.
Executive secretary of ANBA Rev Kl Tangthu gave
away the prizes to the winners at the closing function of
the programme today.

Mohonching lowered the triennial flag to mark the end of
the fellowship.
