CCTVs in all areas to be visited by PM, Sonia

As part of security arrangements, CCTV cameras are set to be installed in all areas where Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi would be visiting during their one day visit in Imphal on December 3 .
According to highly reliable sources from the State Home Department, the CCTV Cameras will be installed in City Convention Centre and the Auditorium of the Manipur Film Development Corporation in Palace Compound, the Assembly Building and the High Court Building in Chingmeirong which are to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and also at the Kangla where a public meeting graced by the PM and Sonia Gandhi will be held.
The source further revealed that the installation of machines for operating the CCTV Cameras is in progress.
The control room of these CCTV Cameras will be located in all new buildings, which are to be inaugurated, for the time being.
A special Police Reserve Force has also been established to carry out the orders given from the control room in case any unwanted incidents occur.
