Imphal, August 01 2015 : The NSCN (R) has said that the outfit is committed to bring peace and harmony among Zeliangrong brethren.

In a statement, the outfit said, "We believe in our effort to bring about a peaceful solution in our Zeliangrong areas instead of killing our own brothers" .

It added, "In fact, we do not have any fear of the Indian army but we look forward to resolve the Indo-Naga political dialogue on the table amicably" .

NSCN (K) can be called as a blacksheep and money lovers, the statement said.

The reason could be understood and NSCN (K) chairman knows his position very well that he has no role in Indo-Naga political dialogue.

His role must be confined in Myanmar, the statement said.

The statement said that Khaplang's abrogation of ceasefire with the Government of India has revealed the true colour of his Myanmarese Naga identity.

It alleged that NSCN (K) cadres love to confine in their cosy apartment of 'moneytory' cell.

NSCN (K) Zeliangrong region has invited the leaders of region to join their movement but NSCN (R) has analysed the mindset of the people.

As a result, NSCN (R) has got away from bloodshed and killings, it added.

Therefore, it is better for NSCN (K) to leave Zeliangrong region and work for the cause of Myanmarese Nagas.

The outfit clarified that Gaidingam Kamei's claim as an MIP is baseless.
