Imphal, February 01 2023: The staff, artistes and students of Huyen Lallong Manipur Thang-Ta Cultural Association, Irilbung congratulates its Principal cum Director Kakchingtabam Sanathoiba Sharma for receiving the prestigious Padmashri award 2023 .

The award has been conferred to him acknowledging his significant contributions for the promotion of arts and culture of Manipur, said a press note by the association.
