ADC Sadar Hills condemns bomb blast

District Council Administration, Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council, Kangpokpi strongly condemned the recent bomb blast in the wee hours of October 19 at around 1.10 am near the residence of ADC Sadar Hills Chairman in the heart of the town.
The vehement condemnation came in the house meeting of Sadar Hills Autonomous District, Kangpokpi yesterday held at its office premises in connection with incident which was attended by Executive Members and Members in the presence of Chairman and Vice Chairman ADC Sadar Hills.
The October 19 blast along the National Highway near the residence of ADC Sadar Hills Chairman had damaged a Maruti Swift car (black colour) and a Bata Store.
While discussing the unfortunate and uncalled incident, Thangjamang Kipgen, Member of ADC Sadar Hills, who is also the president of BJP Sadar Hills, moved a motion to condemn the bomb explosion near the residence of ADC Sadar Hills Chairman.
ADC Sadar Hills Member Dr Dominic supported the motion and questioned the security lapses.
Taking serious note of the incident SHADC urged Government to take up appropriate steps to stop 'bomb culture' in the district/State.
It asked State Government and police to identify and nab the culprits who are behind the blast that has caused apprehension among the people of their safety.
