7th Ningol Chakouba Delhi, 2021, organised by Ningol Chakouba Organising Committee, in collaboration with United Living Trust New Delhi, held on 14th November 2021 at G. L. T. Saraswati Bal Vidya Mandir School, Nehru nagar, New Delhi- 110065.
“A festival to strengthen the bond of love among the family” themed the auspicious ceremony which was dedicated to the women folk of the Manipuri community. The ceremony was presided over by Hon’ble Minister Th. Bisworjit Singh as Chief Guest; Guest of Honour was presided by BJP National Spokesperson Shri. Dr. Sambit Patra and RSS State Executive Member Shri.
Om Prakash and other guests were United Living Trust Chairperson Khulna Laimayum Sahani. A total of 520 individuals were present at the ceremony.

As a part of the ceremony, cultural programs of Raas-Lila, Khamba Thoibi Jagoi, Thang-Ta (Martial Art), Dhol Cholom and stick dance were also performed. During the ceremony, Dr. Sambit Patra condoled the death of 7 jawans related to the recent ambush incident that happened at the Churachandpur district of Manipur. A one minute Silence was also observed, paying respect to the fallen jawans.
Hon’ble Minister Th. Bisworjit singh shared his appreciation to be able to take part in such a festival at the national capital Delhi. He stated that it was an opportunity to provide a platform for the Manipuri community who are settled, working or studying away from home.
The ceremony continued with a feast prepared with 14 indigenous Manipuri dishes. A gift distribution ceremony along with selection of Lucky Ningol of the year 2021 was also held while concluding the ceremony.
