Manipur strike four gold medals at National Sarit-Sarak Federation Cup

Imphal, December 21 2024: Manipur delivered an impressive performance on the second day of the 1st National Junior & Senior Sarit-Sarak Federation Cup 2024 at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Solapur, Maharashtra, on Saturday.

Raju Singh, H Boiton Sharma, Th Alex Meetei and P Thongam secured gold medals in their respective categories.

Raju claimed his yellow metal in the junior boys' -45kg category, Boiton won the junior boys' -50kg, Alex was the top finisher in the junior boys' -55kg, and P Thongam claimed the top podium honour in the senior boys' -55kg.In addition to the gold medals, Manipur earned a silver and a bronze.

Loyangamba, competing in the senior boys' -60kg category, took the silver medal, while Raju Singh bagged the bronze in the junior Boys' -45kg category.
