FORCE, AKSDO demolish opponents in MNCA Women's U-19 One Day Trophy

FORCE and AKSDO delivered crushing defeats to their opponents in Wednesday's matches of the 3rd MNCA Women's U-19 One Day Trophy.
FORCE pummelled YPHUC by 216 runs in their clash at SEDOC Ground, Kongba Dhobi Lampak.
FORCE opted to bat first after winning the toss and posted a formidable total of 298/7 in 35 overs.
Neha was the standout performer, smashing a brilliant 130 off just 101 balls, including 23 boundaries.
Barkatun Khanam provided strong sup-port with a quickfire 55 oft 34 deliveries.
YPHUC's bowlers struggled to contain the onslaught, with Suchitra Devi Waikhom claiming 3 wickets despite conceding 55 runs.
In reply, YPHUC faltered, managing only 82/8 in their 35 overs.
Rahmatun Khanam was the pick of the bowlers for FORCE, taking 2 wickets for just 6 runs in her 7 overs, while Farjiya (1 wicket) and Wakila Shani (1) kept the pressure on with tight spells.
Japani Irom top-scored for YPHUC with 19 runs, but the team fell far short, handing FORCE a massive 216-run victory.
AKSDO, on the other hand, recorded an emphatic 211-run win over AL-AMEEN at the THAU Ground.
AKSDO elected to bat first and delivered a masterclass, finishing their innings at an unbeaten 291/0 in 35 overs.
Openers Daina Moirangthem (117 off 104 balls) and Bijiya Khundrakpam (109 off 116 balls) stitched together a strong partnership, leaving AL-AMEEN's bowlers with no answers.
The extras tally of 65 further compounded AL-AMEEN's woes.
AL-AMEEN (W) crumbled under pressure, bowled out for just 80 in 29.1 overs.
Bijiya Khundrakpam starred with the ball as well, taking 2 wickets for 12 runs, while Alish Thokchom and Lucyrani Khundrakpam chipped in with 2 wickets apiece.
Farhana's 17 was the highest score for AL-AMEEN, but their batting lineup collapsed, sealing a comprehensive 211-run win for AKSDO .
