NEROCA FC mourns demise of Ibobi

Imphal, August 30 2025: The North Easter Re-Organising Cultural Association Football Club (NEROCA FC) has condoled the demise of its former player Khongbantabam Ibobi of Nongada.

NEROCA FC in a condolence note said the demise of Ibobi who played for the club during 1994-95, was a great loss for the club.

A condolence meeting in his honour was held yesterday evening at the club's house at Sangakpham with A Brajamani, vice president of the club in the chair, it said.

The members present recalled his contributions towards the club during the meeting and observed two minute silence praying for his soul to rest in heaven, it added.
