MABA to conduct State U-17 team trial

Imphal, May 22 2025: The Manipur Amateur Boxing Association (MABA) will be conducting State U-17 Boxing team trial on May 26 in view of the 6th National Boxing Championship to be held from June 19 to 25 at SAI NBA Rohtak, Haryana.

Boxers bom between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010 may take part in the trial due to be held at Khuman Lampak Boxing Arena, said MABA in a press statement.

The weight categories for the trials are to be done include 44-46, 46-48, 48-50, 50-52, 52-24, 54-57, 57-60, 60-63, 63-66, 66-70, 70-75, 75-80, and 80+ kg .

Document check (Original birth certificate with clear QR Code, original Aadhaar Card and original age estimation) for trial participants is scheduled on May 25 from 9 am onwars while the weigh in will be conducted on May 26 from 7 to 8 am, it said.
