AMBBA, KDBBA praise bodybuilders

Imphal, January 15 2026: The All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA) and Kakching District Body Builders' Association (KDBBA) have lauded Kshetrimayum Niraj Singh, Naorem Fredy Singh and Phila Yangya for bringing laurels for Manipur in the 12th Eastern India Men's and Women's Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championship 2026 .

Kshetrimayum Niraj Singh won gold in the 90 Kg category and was named the overall champion in the event held at Odisha from January 10 to 11 .

Naorem Fredy Singh won bronze in the 75 Kg category, and Phila Yangya secured 5 th place in the women's bodybuilding event.

The players were given a rousing welcome at the Imphal International Airport today.
