Imphal, April 06 2026: Karate India Organisation (KIO) has appointed Sensei Kirankumar Thangjam as the chairman of the Technical Commission of the organisation for the year 2026-27 and Bindeshori Chanu as the member of the Referee Commission for the year 2026-27 .

KIO president Bharat Sharma intimated their appointments in separate letters on April 2 .

In the letters, KIO president also expressed that the State duo will add significant value to the commission with their hard and dedicated work.
