Chongtham Bluncely Meitei wins Mr Imphal East 2025 title

Imphal, August 09 2025: Chongtham Bluncely Meitei of Ogust Gym, New Checkon, clinched the coveted Mr Imphal East 2025 title at the 22nd Imphal East District Body Building Contest, held at Sangeet Kala Sangam, Khurai Lamlong, on Saturday.

Organised by the Imphal East District Body Builders Association in collaboration with A3 Fitness Centre, Khurai, and under the aegis of the All Manipur Body Builders Association, the annual championship drew 32 competitors from 15 gyms across the district.

Athletes vied for honours in men's sports physique, master, junior, and senior categories.

In the senior category, Bluncely Meitei emerged as the clear winner after an impressive display of physique, symmetry, and stage presence.

Keithel-lakpam Kishan Singh (A3, Khurai) took the runner-up spot and Ningthoujam Dilip Singh (Royal Gym, Ningomthong) secured third place.

Wangkheirakpam Priyobarta finished fourth, while RK Mangal Singh rounded out the top five.

The junior category saw MK Barnold Meitei (LP Gym, Singjamei), crowned champion, followed by Ricky Hawaibam (Royal Gym) in second and RK Mangal Singh (Fitnessium Gym) in third.

In men's sports physique, Kh Rohit Ali (Wild Gym, Hatta), topped the standings, while the masters event title went to Sanasam Ranjan Singh (X Fitness, Wangkhei) .
