Imphal, November 28 2025: PRSC beat YGC Wakhong to win the title of the volleyball tournament, organised by the 169Bn CRPF under the Khelo India Programme at Chanung Playground, Sagolmang, Imphal East today.

Sh Huidrom Premjit Meetei, DIG CRPF Imphal Range and Sh Vikram Suresh Nadhe DFO Central Forest Division attended the closing ceremony.

The tournament, which commenced on November 22 saw the participation of 16 teams from within the jurisdiction of Sagolmang police station.

Suresh Kumar, Commandant-169 Bn CRPF highlighted the importance of sports in building character, strengthening community bonds and fostering peace, harmony and mutual respect.

He expressed gratitude to the organisers, referees, volunteers, officials, and members of the local community for their support and cooperation.
