State team leave Imphal for Senior Sarit-Sarak Federation Cup

Imphal, September 26 2025: The Sarit-Sarak Association Manipur today flagged off its team comprising 7 players and 8 officials today for the 2ndNational Senior Sarit-Sarak Federation Cup beginning on September 28 in Assam.

The competition is being hosted by Sarit-Sarak Martial Art Association, Assam under the aegis of the Sarit-Sarak Federation of India from September 28 to 30 at Manipuri Community Hall in Singhaduar, Sivasagar district.

Huidrom Hennithoi, Laishram Prithibiraj, Maibam Ahongjao, Elangbam Joichand, Kshetrimayum Tomthin, Haobam Sanuta Chanu, and Ningthoujam Thoisana Devi are the players who left Imphal today for Assam.

The team are led by Sougrakpam Bisheshwor as coach and Khuraijam Nilakanta as manager.

Athletes from across the country will compete for top honours in Ahanba Chainaba, Anishuba Chainaba, Dual and Group Performance at the three day competition.
