KKCO Keishamthong clinch Kendra-wise Kang tourney title

Kakching, June 17 2025: KKCO Keishamthong Kendra triumphed as champions of the 25th Arambam Samarendra Kumon League cum Knockout Kendra-Wise Open Kang Tournament 2025 after defeating Wangoi Kendra 19-17 in a thrilling final on Tuesday at Wabagai Awang Leikai.

The closing ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Manipur Kang Association president Meikham Jadumani, Kakching District Kang Association president Mayengbam Guneshwar, Manipur Kang Association general secretary Wahengbam Joysankar, former Zilla Parishad Wabagai member Mayengbam Jayantakumar, and WALYDA (Wabagai Awang Leikai Youth Development Association) president Mayengbam Lalhari.

KKCO's RK Dhiren earned the man of the match title for his standout performance, while WALYDA's M Jayanta and M Lalit were recognised as the best Lamtha and best Chekphei, respectively.
