Imphal, October 14 2026: I Deepak scored twice as YGC, Langmeidong thrashed SAO, Kakching 4-1 to complete the 22nd KK Memorial 1st Divn Football Tournament sweep this afternoon at DSA Kakching playground.

Having trounced DYA, Elangkhanpokpi 8-3 for the fifth straight win, confident YGC relied on Deepak, D Molingshi and Y Dayananda to brush aside SAO 4-1 today and consolidated themselves on top of the 7-team second tier Kakching district inter club league tournament.

I Deepak opened the scoring for YGC in the 36th minute before Y Dayananda, who came off the bench at the restart, doubled the advantage in the 57th minute.

YGC continued to press hard despite the commanding lead and it was D Molingshi who made it 3-0 at the stroke of the hour mark.

N Donald pulled back a goal for SAO but it turned out to be their consolation goal as YGC managed to deny their advances in the later stages.

To SAO's disappointment, I Deepak rounded off the scoring three minutes into the stoppage time and put his team firmly on top of the table.

UBSA will play DYA in an inconsequential and the final league match of the tournament on October 16 .
