Singjamei Phones, Heroic FA, JCB, RYO triumph in 1st YAC Trophy 2025

Imphal, August 13 2025: Singjamei Phones enjoyed a successful day at the YAC Ground, securing two victories in Wednesday's fixtures.

They began with a hard-fought 4-3 win over Heroic FA (A), followed by a 2-1 victory against GPA, thanks to goals from Prasanta (4') and Rahul (31') .

Meanwhile, JCB edged past Heroic (C) in a tense penalty shootout after a goalless draw in regulation time.

Keeping their composure, JCB prevailed 2-1 against their resilient opponents.

In another match, RYO dominated JCB with a commanding 4-1 win.

Giri put RYO ahead in the 9th minute, with Langamba adding a second just three minutes later.

Giri struck again in the 15th minute to extend their lead before Quenton pulled one back for JCB in the 17th minute - a mere consolation.

Earlier in the day, Heroic FA (A) comfortably defeated Atinga 3-0, with Niranjoy netting a brace (5', 35') and Borndme adding a third (28') .
