Singjamei Chingamakha High School fetes Junior Boys' NFC winner Kh Denish

Imphal, August 02 2025: Winner of the recently concluded Junior Boys' National Football Championship for Dr BC Roy Trophy Tier I and student of Singjamei Chingamakha High School, Khomdram Denish was accorded a warm felicitation today by the School authority led by Headmistress Thokchom Renu.

Kh Denish was applauded for being a part of the National Championship winning Manipur team and encouraged with cash incentatives and presents by many well wishers and teachers during the felicitation programme that was also attended by parents- Kh Sunder and RK Dhaneshwori.

Speaking at the event held at the school premises, Headmistress Thokchom Renu heaped praises Denish, a class X student of the school, for his achievement in the field of games and sports and advised fellow and younger students to follow the footsteps of Denish and bring laurels to the school and the State.

She also stressed on the importance of giving equal emphasis to study and co curricular activities.

Denish also shared his journey to becoming a part of the State team following a month long training camp conducted by the All Manipur Football Association and emerging a winner of the championship hosted in Amritsar by beating West Bengal 3-0 on July 30.He also expressed heartfelt gratitude to his well wishers, supporters and teacher for their unwavering support and blessings.
