PRSC win big in State Junior Kho-Kho Championship opener

Imphal, August 30 2024: PRSC (Pourabi) registered a resounding win on the opening day of the 43rd Manipur State Junior Kho-Kho Championship 2024 at PRCS Ground, Pourabi, Imphal East on Friday.

PRCS opened their campaign with a 16-8 drubbing of LYLL (Leimaram) in the first match of the tournament.

Twelve teams, split into Groups A, B, C & D, are vying for the top honours in the boys' event, while six teams are competing in the girls' section.

The boys' event has SCEASDO (Heirok), SADA (Sangenbam) and LACCIC (Khurai) in Group A; PKDC (Athokpam), SENDYC (Salungpham) and ALKKA (Leikinthabi) in Group B; PRSC (Pourabi), LAL (Leimaram) and Govt Children Home (Charangpat) in Group C; and BASU (Khangabok), ASKKA (Awang Sekmai) and SYVA (Charangpat) in Group D .

The girls' event sees SCEASDO (Heirok) and BASU (Khangabok) in Group A while Group B comprises PRSC (Pourabi), SENDYC (Salungpham), ALKKA (Leikinthabi) and RYC (Keibi) .
