Sapam Kenedy, Chimchim Serto eligible to officiate AIFF League, National Championships

Imphal, September 29 2026: Sapam Kenedy and Chimchim Serto can now officiate AIFF League and National Championships as the duo secured B Grade finishes in the recently concluded AIFF National Referee Assessor (RA) and Referee Instructor (RI) Certification Course 2026 held in Bengaluru.

In the course that was held from September 23 to 26, Springson Singh Wahengbam received a C Grade certificate as Lanthoiba Pheiroijam and L Ropendra earned D Grade certification.

A C Grade certificate means that the candidate requires improvement but is ready for AIFF NFC age group qualifiers, non AIFF tournaments and select competitions while D Grade certificate means that the candidate can officiate State League and Competitions.

The All Manipur Football Association, in a memorandum, congratulated the 5 candidates on their achievement.
