AR organises volleyball match

Imphal, August 28 2024: Assam Rifles organised a friendly volleyball match with church pastors from all Tangkhul villages at Chassad, Kamjong district on Wednesday.

Pastors representing 35 border villages played the match against the AR team.

Both teams showed skills and teamwork with great spikes, serves and digs.

In the end, it was the pastors' team that emerged victorious by a 3-2 margin.

After the match, a prize distribution ceremony took place to recognise the efforts and sportsmanship of all participants, an IGAR (S) release said.
