M Madhusudon accorded warm reception on becoming new KKFI vice president

Moirangthem Madhusudon who was elected as the vice president of Kho-Kho Federation of India was accorded a warm felicitation by the Manipur Amateur Kho-Kho Association (MAKKA) and the Thoubal District Kho-Kho Association at the premises of Wisdom Foundation School in Khangabok.
MAKKA's vice presidents K Baruni and O Budhi; chairman, L Manao; YK College's Principal Kh Jugindro; OC In Charge of Waikhong PS and others attended the felicitation programme of new elected the KKFI vice president who is also the general secretary of the MAKKA.
The achievements of M Madhusudon, former Physical Education Teacher in the Department of Education (S), who started his sporting journey from grassroots level at BASU, Khangabok, excelled himself in various sports disciplines and groomed more than 400 athletes in various disciplines, were widely appreciated by the speakers at the occasion.
The association, athletes and the speakers present also extended best wishes in his new endeavour and expressed hope that Kho-Kho will gain new momentum with him in one of the key posts of the National federation.
It may be noted that Madhusudon became the first international Kho Kho referee from Manipur in 1992 and played a key role in organising various State, National and international level tournaments including the inaugural Kho Kho World Cup that was hosted by India in New Delhi in January last.
