CYLC Tennis : N Premjit wins men's open singles title

Imphal, February 09 2025: N Premjit sealed the men's open singles title in the 14th CYLC State Level Open Tennis Tournament 2025 organised by the Association of Tennis Lovers at CYLC tennis court, Chingamathak.

N Premjit defeated T Brojen 7-6 (7-2), 6-2 to earn the top honour this afternoon.

N Premjit had defeated Nonginsana 6-0, 6-1 in the quarterfinals before securing a 6-0, 6-2 win against Suraj in the semi-final match yesterday to book his place in the final.

The men's 40+ doubles title in the meantime went to Premjit and Tuleshwor who got the better of Bona and RK Pritam 7-6 (7-5), 6-2 in the final while Ibohal and Sanatomba notched up the men's 50+ doubles title by beating Dilip and Kumarjit 6-4, 1-6 (10-2) in the title clash.
