Imphal, June 29 2009: The 24th State Level Taekwondo Championship 2009 organised by Taekwondo Federation of Manipur which was commenced from June 26 last was concluded at Naharol Lamjing Meira Club, Kongba Kshetri Leikai, Imphal, today.

As the championship concludes, Taekwondo Federatiom Manipur, Kongba clinched the champion's title with 23 gold, 13 silver and 10 bronze medals which sum up to 46 medals in total.

MLA, Th Nandakishore, Superintendent of Police, Imphal East, Radheshyam and Inspector, Vigilance, A Gourashyam graced the closing ceremony as chief guest and guests of honour respectively.

President, Taekwondo Federation of Manipur, N Momon was the president of the function.
