U-23 Asian Boxing C'ship : MABA to conduct pre National camp trial

Imphal, April 28 2026: The Manipur Amateur Boxing Association (MABA) is set to conduct a selection trial for men and women on May 10 at Khuman Lampak Boxing Arena.

The players selected from the State trial will be sent to attend the National selection trial to be held at ASI Pune from May 28 to June 1 in connection with the U-23 Asian Boxing Championship scheduled to be held from July 3 to 16 in Jakarta.

Registered boxers bom between January 1, 2004 and December 31, 2007 are eligible to participate in the State trial, said MABA in a statement.

The weigh-in will be conducted from 2 to 5 pm on May 9, it said.

Attending boxers should possess a Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Medical Record Book, Age Estimation Certificate, Aadhaar History and Foreign Passbook (valid for at least 6 months from July 3), it said.
