AIFA, LMLCC extend winning streak in 23rd Ksh Leihao Devi Memorial Football Tournament

Imphal, September 27 2026: AIFA, Irengband and LMLCC, Langmeidong extended their winning streaks in the ongoing 23rd Ksh Leihao Devi Memorial Football Tournament 2026 today at DSA Kakching playground.

LMLCC cruised to their third win on the trot by defeating YWU, Kakching 2-0 this afternoon.

After a goalless first half, LMLCC found the lead in the 46th minute through Ch Rohit before E Bikramjit who subbed in for Y Avinash scored the decisive goal 3 minutes into the stoppage time.

Earlier in the day, AIFA who posted a 4-2 win over SFC in their opening match, rode on doubles from Lanngamba and Premjit to crush UCC, Kakching 7-0 .

Langamba found the breakthrough early in the 4th minute before netting his second goal in the 45th minute.

After the restart, Premjit scored back to back in the 50th and the 56th minute to make it 4-0 before Bicky (86'), Johnison (87') and Roshan (90+2') took their turns to complete the 7-0 demolition of UCC .

SFC will play UCC in the next match on September 29 from 12.45 pm at the same venue before KMSWC play AIFA from 2.45 pm .
