Cosmo, Wangkhei defeated MPSC 4-2 to claimed the title of the 1st G Khelchandra Memorial Men's Hockey Tournament and Rs 10,000 top prize at Khuman Lampak Hockey stadium today.
RK Bikramjit (6th), M Mirple (9th) and L herojit (46th, 48th) scored for the champions.
N Sanjoy (15th) and P Adeva (59th) struck the police goals.
