Pre National camp boxing trial for U-19 boxers on August 28

Imphal, August 23 2024: The Manipur Amateur Boxing Association (MABA) is set to conduct trial for U-19 men and women boxers on August 28 at Khuman Lampak Boxing Arena in view of the National selection trial to be held at NCOE Rohtak from September 8 to 12 ahead of the U-19 World Boxing Championship.

Weigh in of eligible players (born between 2006 and 2007) and document verification will be held on August 27 from 2 pm to 4.30 pm, said MABA in a statement.

Weight categories for the trial to be conducted are as follows.

Men : 47-50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 90+ kgs; Women : -45 to 48, 51, 54, 57, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 80+ kgs .
