Imphal, January 15 2026:
Thangjam Lamnganba (under-14) has won gold medal in the 14km mass start event of the 69th National School Games Road and Track Cycling Championship 2025-26 at Ranchi.
Lamnganba is a Class IX student of Bal Vidya Mandir, Palace Compound.
He is the son of Thangjam Jilangamba and Shougrakpam Kavita of Wangkhei Ningthem Pukhri Mapal.
In the 500m under-17 individual time trial, Yumnam Sushil bagged silver.
He is a Class XII student of St Stephen Higher Secondary School Hiyangthang.

He is the son of Yumnam Basanta and Yumnam ongbi Hema Devi of Mayang Imphal Chabung Company.
In the 500m under 14 individual time trial, Poireinganba Chanambam won gold, and Mayengbam Henthoi Singh bagged silver.
Poireinganba Chanambam is a Class IX student of City Higher Secondary School.
He is the son of Ranjit Chanambam and Chanambam ongbi Saya Devi of Mayang Imphal Chabung Company.
Mayengbam Henthoi Singh is a Class VIII student of Pari Imom Khwai Shindam Shang.
He is the son of Mayengbam Surjit and Mayengbam ongbi Sanathoi Devi of Pangei Yangdong, Imphal East.
