3rd Senior Women's One Day Trophy : FORCE end three-game losing run with 64-run victory over YPHUC

Imphal, June 10 2024: FORCE, Kshetrigao finally opened their winning account after three successive losses at the 3rd Senior Women's One Day Trophy as they pulled off a 64-run victory over YPHUC, Lalambung here at THAU ground in Thangmeiband.

Loktongbam Terina (5/27 in 7 overs) picked five and Lanchenbi Mutum claimed three (3/32 in 7 overs) for YPHUC after they elected to field first to bowl out FORCE for 125 runs in 29 overs but their efforts went in vain as FORCE's produced more effective bowling performance to skittle them out for just 61 runs in the chase.

3rd Senior Women's One Day Trophy

Barkatun Khanam 37 and Khadija 20 topscored for FORCE after they were put in to bat first before Barkatun Khanam (3/3 in 3 overs), Farjiya (3/8 in 3 overs) and Rahamatun (2/5 in 4 overs) shared 8 wickets to set up the YPHUC collapse within 22 overs.

Barkatun Khanam was eventually adjudged player of the match.

AKSDO will play PTRC, Patsoi in the next match tomorrow at the same venue.
