THAU, Thangmeiband notched up their 6th win in 7 matches of the 2nd MNCA U-15 Women's One Day Trophy by beating FORCE by 70 runs at THAU ground.
THAU, after electing to bat first, racked up 166 runs for 9 wickets in the allotted 30 overs and restricted FORCE to 96/6 in the chase to earn the 70-run victory and go top of the 9-team league table.
Fancy Brajabashimayum 42 not out led the scoring for THAU in the first innings as Creety Moirangthem 30, Robeni Usham 18, Surangini Kangabam 13, K Nonibala 12 and M Yaiphabi 12 added double digit figures.
The innings witnessed Wakila Shahni grab three wickets (3/22) and Nazmin Khaidem (2/39) pick two wickets.

In reply, Rahamatum topscored with 27 runs as Nazmin Khanam was unbeaten on 10 and S Sadiya 12 and Sumeiya Shahni 14 added double digit figures in a lost cause.
Thoithoibi Ahongsangbam (2/19) and Wangkhem Nganbi Chanu (2/8) of THAU shared four wickets in this innings as Creety Moirangthem picked one.
Creety Moirangthem, was adjudged player of the match.
Elsewhere at PCC ground, AKSDO's 5-game winning streak came to an end as PCC sealed a 33-run victory and extended their winning run to 6 games in 7 matches.
Ningthoisana Thoudam starred in the match adding 32 runs to help PCC amass 176 runs before clinching three wickets (3/36) to set up AKSDO collapse at 143 in 20 overs.
Okram Yashica also hit a 76-ball 66 for PCC as Alish Thokchom scored a 26-ball 68 in a lost cause for AKSDO.
Ningthoisana Thoudam was adjudged player of the match.
