Chandel Super Divn League : Mika scores twice as HYC draw 3-3 vs ULFC; KDC too share spoils with TAMPI FC

Imphal, September 05 2019: Hnahringkhu Youth Club (HYC) fought back to hold United Lamkang Football Club (ULFC) 3-3 draw after ULFC was comfortably leading 3-1 at the end of the first half while Kapaam Development Club (KDC) played out goalless draw with TAMPI FC in the fourth and fifth matches of the ongoing ADC Chandel Trophy-2019, Super Division Football League organised by District Sports Association Chandel at Chakpikarong ground today.

In the fouth match of the tournament, Mika gave HYC the lead in the 8th minute but ULFC restored parity in the 16th minute through Wangpol at Chakpikarong ground here.

ULFC continued its momentum and extended the lead to 2-1 two minutes later through Rishangam.

Bungdam too joined the party to give ULFC 3-1 lead in the 40th minute before the first-half.

After the changeover, HYC turned up its pace and made amends to catch up the gap and was paid off in the 58th minute through Rolland who was found unmark at the edge of the ULFC's goalmouth and convert the chance created into goal to reduce scoreline to 2-3 .

Mika rose again for his second goal in the 73rd minute to help HYC equalise the score at 3-3 .

The score remained unchanged till the final whistle forcing both the teams to share the spoils.

Whereas in the fifth match of the tournament, KDC and TAMPI FC could not get breakthrough till the end of the normal time which has resulted in goalless draw.

1.LCYCC vs NWYC at 12.30 pm
2.ULFC vs KDC at 3 pm .
