8 teams in fray for Asmita City Football League 2025-26 title

Imphal, August 02 2025: The 13 Asmita City Football League 2025-26, Imphal is set to begin tomorrow at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong with 8 strong women's teams vying for the top honours.

The tournament is organised by the All Manipur Football Association under the aegis of All India Football Federation.

The knock-out tournament is featuring Youth Welfare Club, Thambalkhong (YWC-Th); Kangchup Road Young Physical and Sports Association (KRYPHSA), Naoremthong, Khuman FA (KFA); Young Welfare Club, Langthabal (YWC-L), Manipur United FA (MUFA); Andro Mahila Mandal Association (AMMA); Eastern Sporting Union (ESU), Wangkhei Palace Compound and ICSA, Irengbam.

KFA will play MUFA in the first match tomorrow from 7 am before YWC-L meet ICSA from 8.15 am; KRYPHSA play YWC-Th from 9.30 am and ESU play AMMA from 10.45 am .

The semi-finals and the final will be held later in the day.
