Senior women's Cricket PTRC secure easy win over AKSDO

Imphal, February 27 2025: PTRC Patsoi beat AKSDO Khangabok by 8 wickets in today's league match of the 4th MNCA Senior Women's One Day Trophy 2024-25 .

At THAU Ground, Thangmeiband in the morning, AKSDO won the toss and opted to bat first.

AKSDO amassed a total of 84 runs for 7 wickets in 35 overs.

PTRC Patsoi completed the chase and scored 88 runs for 2 wickets in just 9.3 overs to win the match.

In AKSDO's knock of 84 runs, only Daina Moirangthem and Rabina Khundrakpam could score 2-digit runs.

Daina Moirangthem knocked 20 runs off 51 balls, and Rabina Khundrakpam scored 19 runs off 41 balls.

Langlen Ningthoujam (1 run off 8 balls), Laishram Kalpana Devi (2 runs off 11 balls), Laishram Linthoi Chanu (1 run off 9 balls), Thokchom Langlen Chanu (3 runs off 27 balls), and Henthoibi Takhellambam (1 run off 29 balls) contributed runs to AKSDO's score of 84 in 35 overs.

PTRC's RK Linthoingambi Devi and Chingkheileima Chanu Mangsatabam took 2 wickets each.

Laitonjam Linthoi Devi and Laitonjam Purnima took one wicket each.

In PTRC's chase for the target, Loidangton Devi Thokchom displayed exceptional batting skills knocking 35 runs off 23 balls.

Ranjita Devi Koijam (10 runs off 7 balls), Chingkheileima Chanu Mangsatabam (15 runs off 18 balls) and RK Linthoingambi Devi (15 runs off 10 balls) contributed runs to PTRC's winning knock of 88 for 2 wickets in 9.3 overs.

Laishram Linthoi Chanu and Lucyrani Khundrakpam took one PTRC wicket each.
