Imphal, March 08 2026: The Sangai Express sealed the overall team champions title yet again as they topped the tally of the 15th Journalists' Sports Meet 2026 with 7 gold medals.

Thokchom Kishan Singh won 4 individual event gold medals across four athletic events- 100 m race, 400 m race, shot-put and long-jump for the firm on Day 2 before Thoudam Robin extended the individual gold medal tally on the third day by securing the chess title.

The Sangai Express team retained the Cricket title on Day 4 take the gold medal lead before securing the Football title on the closing day to deservingly lead the overall team champions trophy.

SK TV finished team runners up with 5 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze medals in the 5-day sports meet hosted by the All Manipur Working Journalists' Union in association with various sports associations and generous donors.
