Imphal, February 21: Cosmo, Wangkhei and MPSC will clash for the title of the 1st GK memorial Men's Open Hockey Tournament on February 24 at the Khuman Lampak Hockey Stadium.

In semi final matches played today, Cosmo rallied from a two goal deficit against MEIRAA, Bashikhong before sealing the final's berth on a 3-2 win from a golden goal while MPSC staved off a spirited challenge from SAI RC youngsters to reach the summit round on a 3-2 victory.

Even though K Chinglensana (36th) and N Ganendrajit (40th) opened up a 2-0 lead MEIRAA, Th Romesh (53rd) and P hemjit (63rd) extended the match to the extra-time before Th Romesh converted a penalty corner two minutes from end.

In the other absorbing semi final won by MPSC, Th Birjit (6th, 22nd) and P Adeva (65th) scored for the police side while W Jiban (48th) and M Premananda (67th) scored for SAI.
