Kakching Subroto Cup : Padma Ratna English School in U-17 Boys final

Padma Ratna English School progressed into U-17 Boys final of the 63rd Kakching District Level Subroto Mukeijee Football Tournaments with a 6-1 thrashing oflramdam Maheikol this evening at Keirak playground.
Safish Amom (21', 57') and M Apollo (29', 52') scored two goals apiece to inspire Padma Ratna English School the big win as Ch Rigan (23') and Y Winner (60+1') added a goal apiece.
The consolation goal for Iramdam Maheikol was scored by S Bungson in the 32nd minute.
Earlier in the day, Langmeidong Higher Secondary School knocked out ANK English School by 9-0 goals in an all-Langmeidong clash.
Malemnganba produced a remarkable performance to net five goals (4', 8', 19', 21', 29') alone for the Langmeidong Higher Secondary School including the opener as Meiteisana added thrice (9', 4', 48') and Srinivash scored one in the 26th minute.
They will play Kakching Higher Secondary School in the semi-final match tomorrow.
The match begins at 3.30 pm.
The U-15 boys tournament kicked off earlier in the day and saw Victory HS, Kakching Public School and Padma Ratna English School secure first round wins to progress into quarters.
In the opening match, Victory High School edged out ADL English School by 2-1 goals thanks to goals from Ksh Malemnganba (31') and N Parvarish (40') .
Michael (45') scored the only goal for ADL English School.
Victory High School will now play Iramdam Maheikol in the quarterfinal match tomorrow morning from 7.30 am.
In the second match of the competition, Kakching Public School rode on goals from N Shrinivash (6') and Jamesbond (15', 40+2') to seal a 3-1 comeback win over Model High School after Ksh Alishan had opened the scoring for the latter team.
With the win, Kakching Public School set up a quarterfinal date with Wabagai Higher Secondary School.
The match begins at 9 am tomorrow.
Later in the third match, Padma Ratna English School trounced Martin Grammar School by 5-0 goals to set up a quarterfinal date with MMS Genius Academy tomorrow (10.30 am).
Padma Ratna English School went up with Y Benish of Martin Grammar English School conceding an own goal in the 5th minute before Donald doubled the advantage in the 11th minute.
Donald went on to net two more goals (20+2', 26') to complete his hattrick and extend his team's lead to 4-0 before Arkelish rounded off the scoring in the 31 st minute.
