UMFC, KRC script wins in Thoubal 1st Division

Imphal, October 22 2024: UMFC and KRC registered contrasting victories in the Thoubal 1st Division Football League 2024 at Ko-dompokpi Sports Complex, Thoubal on Tuesday.

UMFC thumped SLYO 5-0 .

Zakaria opened the scoring in the 20th minute as Taslim doubled the lead in the 30th minute before Ra-mish upped the ante with a 42nd-minute strike.

After the break, Atiquc made it 4-0 in the 56th minute and Anas rounded off the scoring in the 58th minute.

KRC rode on S Thanin's goal to carve out a 1-0 win over SOCDEC in a closely contested match.

Thanin's early goal in the 2nd minute was rewarded as KRC clung on to collect all three points.
