AMFA on player birth certificate guidelines

Imphal, June 28 2025: The All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) has announced updated guidelines for the registration of players, following directives from the All India Football Federation (AIFF) .

According to the memorandum issued by AMFA general secretary L Jyotirmoy Roy, birth certificates used for player registration must be issued within one year of birth.

In cases where the birth certificate is issued after this period, it must be duly attested by a first class magistrate.
