Sangai FC, KRYPHSA romp; ABA, NFA eke out wins in 4th Inter Club Futsal Tournament

Imphal, January 25 2025: Sangai FC and KRYPHSA secured dominant victories, while ABA and NFA narrowly overcame their opponents in Saturday's fixtures of the 4th Inter Club Futsal Tournament 2024-25.Sangai FC delivered a commanding performance against KLASA, registering an 18-2 triumph.

B Rohit spearheaded the onslaught with five goals, while K Thoithoi contributed four.

I Mahesh added three goals to the tally, with I Deepak, P Roshan, K Bobosana, and H Ronaldo each scoring once.

Two additional goals came from penalties, KLASA's efforts yielded consolation goals from K Rahul and Ng Bonison.

KRYPHSA also delivered an emphatic result, defeating RFCC 8-0 .

S Dharmajoy and Kh David each completed hat-tricks, while M Bhumeshwor and A Nimaichand added a goal apiece.

In a high-scoring thriller, NFA edged out MIUFC 9-8.Th Maja Ibungo and Th Naoton each netted a hat-trick, with Rahul L and S Sanathoi adding one goal each.

An own goal further bolstered NFA's tally.

For MIUFC, Roshan's four goals, Gunajit's three, and Rabichandra's single strike kept the game competitive but ultimately fell short.

In another closely contested match, ABA secured an 8-7 victory over MUFA.

Md Rahamad's hat-trick, along with goals from Arij Khan, Anjim Ali, Niyaj Kausar, and Md Sarfarash, proved decisive.

MUFA's valiant effort was highlighted by Ksh Langamba's four goals and N Sanathoi's hat-trick, though they were unable to overturn the narrow deficit.

January 27's fixtures will feature five matches as NFA will be up against MSH at 8:30 am, KLASA take on PFC at 9:30 am, KRYPHSA square off against UYPA at 12:10 pm, RFCC face SFS at 1:10 pm, and MUFA meet ESU at 2:10 pm .
