Thoubal, July 12 2025: Manipur Amateur Kho Kho Association (MAKKA), along with Thoubal District Kho Kho Association, felicitated MAKKA general secretary Moirangthem Madhusudon Singh on Saturday for being elected as vice-president of the Kho Kho Federation of India (KKFI) at the annual general meeting of the federation held on July 2 in New Delhi.

The programme, held at Wisdom Foundation School campus at Khangabok, was attended by MAKKA chairman L Manao, vice-presidents K Baruni and O Budhi, Khangabok Zilla Parishad caretaker member Kh Rajmohon, YK College principal Dr Kh Jugindro and Waikhong police station officer-in-charge Dr O Jotin as presidium members.

It may be mentioned that M Madhusudon was himself a national-level player, and after venturing into the management of sports organisations since becoming BASU, Khangabok general secretary, he has helped produce more than 400 national players.

He is also the first international kho kho referee from the state and has excelled in various roles under KKFI .
